Making my bed, no thought. Cleaning up, no thought. Strolling around, no thought. Envision the otherworldly experience! In any case, it wasn't similar to what I figured it would be. The fact of the matter is my brain was on max speed constantly. Come what may I did, there would be a billion contemplations jumping out from my head, keeping me from finding even a snapshot of harmony. Then, at that point, I would holler at myself, "Alright, enough. Escape your head now! Quit thinking!" In a frenzy, I contemplated the large number of ideas I'd learned. "Presently which procedure do I utilize?" I'd ponder internally, "How might an expert respond?...
