Are You Not Growing Fast Enough? Development and extension are popular expressions of this day and age. Everyone needs to develop at lightning speed, a three-year-old kid needs to dispose of his tricycle and ride a bike, an alumnus needs to turn into the CEO, the beginning up needs to turn into a unicorn, etc. Assuming there is a single word that is an abomination to contemporary goals and desires, it is 'limits'. The fact that they have limits makes nobody loves informed. A mother let her small kid know that a bike may be huge for him right currently would have numerous doubters. Some would fully say that she is destroying the kid's future by forcing limits on him. Likewise, somebody telling their manager that the new arrangement for development is unreasonable would be viewed as an obstacle to the organization's development plans.
