Why is it That No One is Responsible For Causing Misery?

Why is it That No One is Responsible For Causing Misery?

Every living thing wants to be content. You get involved in it for the sake of happiness, whether it's sex, power, or money. Some people even relish suffering because it brings them joy. So, how can one be content?

Our lives become shorter when we only think about ourselves, whereas when we consider the entirety of society, there is joy. The award of administration is moment satisfaction. Happiness grows when it is shared, but when it is held in and not shared, it decreases. Education in expanding one's happiness to include the entire world as our family is the Art of Living.

Real worship, according to a Sanskrit proverb, is bringing happiness to others.

To be happy, we look for things to do. We believe that when we get older and go to college, we will be happy and independent; we believe that we will be content when we find the ideal job or partner in life, or we'll be content when our children are grown. However, inquire about the happiness of retired people. They yearn for their earlier years and miss their youth. Preparing for happiness in the future takes up one's entire life. It's like staying up all night making a bed but not getting any sleep. How long have we felt content inside? Only in those instances have you truly experienced life.

There are two perspectives on life. One is considering, When I get what I want, I will be content. Saying, "I am happy come what may!" is the second. Which one would you rather call home?

Happiness accounts for only 20% of life. However, we clutch the 20% and make it 200%. It's anything but a cognizant demonstration, it simply works out. We are prevented from experiencing total happiness and bliss by three types of miseries: Tapa dukha, Sanskar dukha, and Parinama dukha

The misery that results from identifying with your memories of past pleasures and glories is called parinama dukha. For instance, you once held a position and then it was taken away. You might encounter some aggravation in the wake of escaping the position. You used to be able to play good cricket or work out, but you can't anymore, and that memory makes you miserable right now. It is so unobtrusive. You don't understand, yet it influences your way of behaving.

The second is tapa dukha, in which a current circumstance causes you to be miserable, enraged, hateful, or jealous.

Sanskar dukha is the point at which the wretchedness is gone however the seed or impression of that memory actually waits, making you hopeless. Even though there was nothing to be unhappy about, you developed the habit of complaining and becoming miserable; you have practiced it regularly to be upset and cry. Sanskar dukha is this. You began to find some joy in your sadness. Nobody but yourself can free you from an impression of a memory that you are holding on to.

When an intelligent person examines this, they come to the conclusion that events, whether pleasant or unpleasant, as well as all of the impressions that remain in their consciousness, cause misery. Money, fame, and a romantic relationship can all make you unhappy if you hold on. This doesn't mean you shouldn't have them, however, you ought to know this nature of hopelessness. For instance, you play the role of manager. In any case, when you relate to it, that carries hopelessness to you, since that job you related to, may vanish at any time.

Even if you identify with your goodness, it can make you miserable. This is the recipe for resentment and hatred when you believe you are superior to others. Individuals who enjoy self-indulgence are planning to can't stand others. Spirituality and yoga seek to prevent suffering before it occurs. Your own recognizable pieces of proof are the reason for your wretchedness. In Sanskrit, there is a beautiful proverb: Kashtasya sukhasya nakopi data states that neither happiness nor misery can be received. It is your creation.

Enlightenment is living in the present moment with joy, alertness, awareness, and compassion. Enlightenment is acting in a childlike way. It means not having any barriers and feeling at home with everyone.
